Purchasing is easy. We sell the wheat and grass fed beef directly from our house here on the farm.

You can either:

1. Come out and pick out the meat yourself, or
2. E-mail us at grassfedbeef@nc.rr.com and we'll have your order ready when you come by.

Purchasing Wheat

When buying wheat in bulk, please bring your own containers to transport the grain if possible. We have 5 gallon buckets with sealing lids available for $7. The buckets can be purchased or returned to us for a full refund if you prefer.

Purchasing Pork and Chicken

The chickens are packaged as whole roasters. They are processed individually on the farm, vacuum sealed and frozen.

The pork is available in a wide array of cuts including pork chops, bratwurst, hot Italian sausages, hot and mild sage sausage, bacon, short ribs, shoulder and boston butt roasts, and ham. Come by and try it. It’s delicious!

Purchasing Beef

We sell the beef in individual cuts much as you would see in the grocery store.  So you can choose a single pound of ground meat or steak, for example, or larger quantities.  It’s your choice.

Our meat is vacuum-packed in individually wrapped packages. This protects the meat from exposure to air, extending its life in the freezer and preventing freezer burn. The meat is frozen immediately after processing and stored in sub-zero freezers. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship meat.
